Food- 1800 cals, I would have been able to keep it under 1600, but DH was 90 minutes late getting home and I let myself start snacking, at least I kinda kept it under control and didn't totally ruin all my hard work. Exercise- 1.74 miles treadmill, 30 min bike, total of 60 minutes Water- 140 oz Weigh in is tomorrow! I don't know what I'll do if I still show no loss. Please send me those skinny vibes! Hi all. Sorry I haven't been here in awhile but I really lost control there for a couple of weeks. I'm back on track now.
