I'm staying on plan because i've just found out i get a free weekend break with my sister (my mum couldn't make it) and i've got to look my best in a bikini!! i'm also really happy because i never get to spend time with my sister because she's pregnant and we both have uni etc. so i WILL be on plan

Aparently the last two days were "all about Kelly" days, and that's not a good thing! Made it through Thanksgiving without any problems only to derail myself over the weekend, and now I have the joy of feeling icky and blah. BACK ON TRACK TODAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

I'm staying on plan today because the number on the scale was down today. Yippee! The exercise that I got this past weekend made me feel really good and I was proud of myself for not overeating most of my meals. What I am doing is resulting in good progress. So, I will stay on plan today so I can continue this trend.
