OK... :drill: Step away from the enchirito! :drill: :lol: You know how EZMONEY is always talking about better choices? Well, when I go to Taco Bell for lunch--and yes, it does happen--I have one (1) Taco Supreme. Yep, one. And a lot of diet soda. That's about 220 cals. MacDonald's? I hardly ever go there--but if I did, I would never get french fries. Life is too short to eat crummy, phony-potato french fries that add over 200 calories, and that's the SMALL. If I have a burger, I'll leave out half the bun. Those buns are terrible for calories! Best fast food place? Subway. Lots of choices that are good. NO CHIPS! :coach: You got to care, Mary! Your body is doing its thing with those calories whether your mind is on board with it or not! Now c'mon... You can do this... ;) Jay |
