this might be an NSV?

Its pretty chilly here in RI today. I put on a sweat shirt that I've had for a million years (ok maybe 3 years) but anyway...... I'm sure you can all relate to the pulling the shirt down over the butt action. I'm not sure who I'm kidding when I do this but I do it anyway for comfort. Well anyway today I didnt have to pull it down! I obviously dont see my butt much lol but this helped me to know that its SHRINKING!!! My sweat shirt just fell right over my tush! I see the numbers on the scale go down but sometimes I just dont think I've lost anything...
