It's WORKING!! :)
I am just thrilled this week. My weight is slowly starting to come off again. For a while I had skipped out on 3FC and gained back my weight.. reaching 250 again.
For the past 2 weeks I have been tracking every bite, good or bad, in my Fitday. I am down 12 pounds so far. This is usually right about the time that my bad habits kick back in and I slack off and gain it back.. but this time feels different. Logging my calories into Fitday is feeling less like a chore and more like a routine now. I think it is helping that I am moving slower into change this time. I'm slowly weeding out my diet and now that I have 2 weeks of food watching under my belt I am going to create a workout schedule. I even bought a dry-eraser calendar and hung it in my bedroom-- I am tracking my weight, exercise, and daily calories on it.
This is great- my Mom was telling me the other day that she is proud of my efforts... and my little 7 yr old sister drew me a picture of myself--showing me skinny with my name written around me several times-- she says it is because she is cheering me on. It's cute!
I feel great and I just wanted to share it.. Thanks!!
