Achievement!

Hello again all. i'm at college and now have a computer working YAY! notes to report i'm now drum roll 295!

The achievement, last saturday was a mates wedding and i stayed on diet! i'm on atkins which is hard but i loaded up on chicken drumsticks and cheese also i drank nothing but iced water all night!!!!

next goal 280 15lb to go
