I'm in. I had about 10 completely OP days in August, and about 12 in September, so I'm shooting for 15 in October.
Food: 1900 calories Water: Drink all day and do not let myself get thirsty. I know that's vague, but it works for me! Exercise: I'm shooting for 20 min/day, but as long as I get some exercise that isn't incidental, I'll give myself credit for exercising for the day. Well here we go again... Every month I try, and every month I don't do very well. I haven't started a post of my own here so far because I gave up, but since I've been doing really well this last week, I figured I could try again...
I'm hopeing that in the next 2 1/2 weeks that are left in this month I can lose 10 pounds. I really think I can do it. Food (2pts): Eat mostly lean protiens, fruits, and veggies. No eating after 7pm, no pop, fast food, or candy. Portion control! Only 1 serving of whatever I'm eating, and no seconds!
