Default Weekly Weigh-in~September 17-23

Well I'll start the thread. Weighed in at 215 today. Up 2 lbs. Not to concerned about it though b/c I ate chinese yesterday after church and I always gain a few lbs from that from water retention plus almost TOM. Next week will be different.

My weigh in isn't until Wednesday but I did a prelim today and there was a new number on the end that was very promising indeed! I can't wait!

Down half a pound today. I'm a bit disapointed, but it isn't a gain, plus I had a way salty dinner yesterday (the recipe called for 2 tablespoons of salt! I knew I should have cut it down. And no, I didn't misread it. I checked three times), so I image there is a lot of water retention, especially as I am still way thirsty after drinking eight bottles of water after dinner. I'm a bit sad that I don't get to move my ticker, though!

Down a pound. I'm a little disappointed - the scales were down 2 1/2 lbs yesterday from Monday's weigh in, but it can only be me retaining water because I did drink lots - 3 x 750ml water bottles at work alone.

I'm UP one pound this week.... I'm not unhappy with that though... I weigh on Saturday mornings and we got off a 5 night cruise on Friday. I'm pretty confident it will be gone at next weeks weigh-in.

I'm new here, too. My goal is 100 and I lost 5.6 this week doing WW by myself and walking on my treadmill! Oh and really excited because it's TOM so I didn't expect to lose. Very happy!

Congrats on all the other losses!
