Down half a pound today. I'm a bit disapointed, but it isn't a gain, plus I had a way salty dinner yesterday (the recipe called for 2 tablespoons of salt! I knew I should have cut it down. And no, I didn't misread it. I checked three times), so I image there is a lot of water retention, especially as I am still way thirsty after drinking eight bottles of water after dinner. I'm a bit sad that I don't get to move my ticker, though!
