I literally can't eat when I first get up in the morning. I have tried, for many of the reasons ya'll have already said, but it makes me nauseous. I have to wait until I have been up for a while. I get up at 6:30 and am at work by 7:30. Once the younger kid goes down for his morning nap at 9:00 (I'm a nanny), I have my breakfast. It works for me, even if it's not "right", because otherwise I get sick to my stomach.
