Today I stayed OP because I want to get under 210. I'm not even shooting for onederland at this point; I just want to FINALLY be under 210.

Tomorrow I'm staying OP because I'm doing the September points challenge and I want to be able to post as many 4s as possible!

I'm OP today because the scale has been moving downward every day this week (in spite of TOM, even!) and I want to keep up the trend. When I do what I'm supposed to, things go the way they should... pretty good incentive to stick with it!

Hi everybody! I'm staying on plan today because every day counts when you have a goal. I'm determined to meet my goal! My first one is 218 by Halloween, 199 by Jan.15th. And 177 sometime in the spring of '08. That will be my 100 lb mark! Yay!! Keep it up; we can do this.

Tricia, we share our anniversary! Ours is Oct.9th too~ This year makes 11 years married; 12 together. Congrats!

Thanks LaurieDawn! The support I got here after my vacation snafu was invaluable, it really got me back on track.

This has been a really good week. Last Monday I was 2 lbs over my ticker weight, if the scale says tomorrow what it said today I'll be able to move my ticker down another lb, yay!
