I'm staying on plan today because when I weighed myself this morning, I saw.....300! One pound to go for my first major milestone. I cannot wait! :cheer2:

I am staying on plan today,because I changed my Avatar, and if I loose 1lb, just 1lb, I can change it again next week. I don't want to dissapoint myself, so I will stay on plan.

I'm OP today because I am revvving up for the Biggest Loser on
3FC and on TV! :strong: I love competition and it keeps me going. Imma hit Onederland by Jan.1 and have a great 2008!!! :cb:

I NEED to be OP today because to be quite honest, I really don't feel like being OP. But I need to overcome that "blah" feeling and suck it up and just do it already. I need to stop letting myself get into these few days of "slipping". So far they've not been completely detrimental to my loss, but I know if I keep it up, they will be.

Great job recognizing a thought process BEFORE it causes problems! That's awesome! Good luck on sticking with it, today. If you can make it through the hard days you can certainly make it all the way down to your goal!

Same here, after 7 weeks you think it would be easier but I am starting to slump back into not wanting to go to the gym, thank goodness for my silly husband who goes to kickboxing classes with me. 6'5'' skinny as ever and no rhythm but he goes with me just to get me there.

So I am staying on plan to day cause if not I will have wasted this great start to my journey and I really want to be in onderland by xmas by the new year, or at least right about to be:)

I'm on plan because when I came home last night and looked to see what was for leftovers, I saw my mom's chicken parm and I seriously considered it for a second and then realized that I'd only be sabotaging myself. And I'll have you know my mom's chicken parm is awesome.

I'm taking it as a sign that I'm starting to have this healthy mindset firmly in my grasp and to not be on plan would only serve to weaken the grasp.

I am staying OP today because I had a peek at the scale, and at the height of the PMS bloat, I am in the TWO-TEENS!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been in the TWO-TEENS since 2003!!!!! :carrot:

I'm on plan today because the "unofficial" weigh in this morning shows me at below 250. Now that's a number I'm never going to see again.
