The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I'm looking cute in a "new" old outfit from the attic, and there's lots more up there to wear when I lose a little more.

I am staying on plan because I am 1 lb , 1 lb from being at my half weigh mark, I would really like to acheive, or even pass that next week.

I am on plan today because I want to be able to say "80 pounds lost". I want to say it this month and I hope it happens pretty soon !

The One reason I'm staying on-plan today: The scales are finally paying me back for being off-plan...I've gained a pound. I'm determined to lose that pound plus many more!

My ONE reason for staying on plan today is.......I just added the weeks until my one year anniversary - there are 15 more for me to go, and I KNOW I can get to my goal by then.(which is 120 pounds GONE!) I am all excited to have the brand new me for '08!

On plan today because I joined the Black Team in TBL forum and my goal is 195, and my Thanksgiving goal is to be 199, and I'm not really sure how to wrap my head around the fact that getting to Onederland before the New Year isn't only possible but probable as well, but I'm anxious to find out what it feels like when I get there!
