The one reason I am staying on plan today is because tomorrow is weigh-in. I took a sneak peek this morning and I might make my monthly goal a little early!

I had some cake at my mom's house last night after dinner. I wasn't totally derailed because I've been super good all week, but that little splurge does NOT need to continue today....right back on plan for me!

I'm on plan today because I'm wearing a shirt that really shows off my collarbones and it reminded me that I never want to have them covered up with fat again. They were hiding for 15 years, and I'm happy to have them back!

I am staying on plan today....because the scale has continue to say 223 but this morning it said 223.8 which is not good, and I have workout everyday this week and want to say I did it 6 times. This has been my goal for two months and my Kickboxing class is in 30 min and I need to just go even if I don't want too....I know I will feel so much better afterwards..I want that 223 to stay permanent. So I will stay on plan this weekend and workout today and saturday.

I am staying on plan today 'cause the fridge is full. I am starting on a good week. I plan to hang on to the "plan" hard and heavy next week so the end of the month will really look good.

My ONE reason for staying on plan today is......I only need to loose 10 more pounds to get to my 4th 10% GONE! ( I just figured that out!):D

I'm staying OP because I want to see the 160's sooner rather than later. I know its calories in versus calories out but my body doesn't seem to know that.
