I'm up a pound this week. Blah. Well, I had to miss my normal Monday morning WW meeting, the meeting that I go to at nine o'clock in the morning, and I don't eat anything before going, and only drink water while I'm at the gym, so I suppose that has something to do with it. I mean, a person can't go until 7 in the evening without eating anything, I suppose. :P Plus ToM starts tomorrow. And yeah, I didn't do as well as I could have, but I didn't think I did bad. Oh well. I've been pretty good about the process so far. I suppose I deserve a cranky day after all this time. It's good that I went though, as I sort of was able to take a step back and remind myself that this ain't easy, and it is going to take work. I can't expect the pounds to fall off of their own accord.
Congratulations to everyone who did well this week, especially Laurie Dawn!!!
I am down 2 lbs this week.
I know it is TOM's I should be happy I had a loss, I was down 3 lbs for the past 3 days, and was looking forward to changing my avatar, but I went up a pound since Monday. I guess it is water weight, so I will have to wait until next week to change my avatar.
Good job to all those who lost !
and I know things will change for those who didn't loose, or gained.

After two days of big losses, I finally got back below my ticker and had to move it, so I am 181.2 as of this morning (despite being 184.2 on Monday morning). I would like to take the lower number please!
It's been a while since I weighed in last - maybe three weeks? My DD turned one and we had a party for her (read: cake). Two days before her birthday, my grandmother died. So, after her party, DD and I rushed out to CA to be there for the funeral and wake. We ended up being gone for just over 2 weeks. Now, I'm back and ready to face up to the EIGHT pound weight gain. Yes, 8 pounds. They come back on quicker than they come off. Those 8 pounds were two months worth of losses for me. Sigh, easy come, easy go. Still, I'd been only semi on track those two months. So, today, I vow to recommit myself to my weight loss and exercise routines. It's also good that I have a very good motivation, in less than a month, I have to wear a bridesmaid dress, that will be motivation for me, I'm sure.
Jennylou, you will take it off again. Congrats on telling us about it.
Lost 1 lb. I'm like a turtle. Slow and steady. Oh well that is okay. That means 52 lbs in a year. I'll take it.
Jennylou - SOOOO glad you're back!!!! Mrs. Q is right...we've shoved over and you've just got to get back on this wagon! You've done WAYYYYY too well not to!
