OK I decided to be brave today and get weighed, shocked to see down 5 pounds....woohoo didn't think I did that well through Xmas, my Bday, and New Year's Eve but guess I did better than I thought....GO ME!!!!:smug:

Weigh in #5

I was pretty bad this week. But I really didn't think I would gain. I thought I would still loose at least 1 lb. I wasn't eating like I used to eat, I just indulged myself a lot. And I gained 2.25 lbs. Feeling a bit down now. :(

Congrats to you all..throughout the holidays you were still able to lose! WOOHOOO!!

I won't be weighing till February 1st..but am right along with you all.
