It really has to be a committment to yourself. You have to give yourself permission to be a priority, and then you have to decide if you're willing to stand up for yourself. Oh gosh, I know EXACTLY what you mean. I guess I can be somewhat of a pain in the neck at a restaurant. I question the waiter about the ingredients in the salad and the dressing and if the grilled chicken or fish or whatever is made with oil or butter or whatnot. Sorry to be a pain - but that's just the way it's gotta be. ;)
