Back on Track
Hey Girls,
Just got back on track and making my daily visits back to the site, gained 5 pounds and worked my but off to lose it.....just went healthy food shopping and getting back track :) |

Glad your back!! I need to get myself together also, I went off plan the second day in a row:(:(, Not a big off plan but 300-400 calories is too much more, and the worse thing they work chips, cookies, nothing healthy. Sheesh. Tomorrow will be a better day!!!
