Weekly Weigh-In ~ Aug 6-12

  • I didn't see a thread started yet, so I thought I would start one! I weighed in at 185.6 this morning, which is 4.4 pounds less than my weigh in of 190.0 pounds last week!
  • I'm down .6 of a pound.
  • No loss - too much vacationing. :-) Not going to be any better this week, but look out next week! Back to the school routine and the rest of this weight is coming OFF!
  • 2 down. Let's keep plugging away, girls. This IS our year!
  • Down 1 lb this week (which is good considering that I had a few off-plan days). But, new week - new start - new results. Everyone have a great week!! We are doing it!!

    Edited to add (how could I forget!?): I am now in a new decade!!! ONEderland is in sight!!

    Me on the other hand, after having a phenomenal week, blew it this weekend. I'm up a pound. I need to regroup here. The weekends for me in the past were certainly more difficult - but doable. Since hitting maintenance I'm finding that I am just not as focused. And it's totally unacceptable. There are 52 weekends in a year. If I keep on having weekends like this, well, you do the math.

    Have I mentioned that I said I wasn't going to post on this thread anymore? Hmmm. I think I just may have. I just can't help myself for some reason.
  • Down 3 pounds since I weighed last. Must keep going! Binges are not my friend!!

    I've gotta say, it is pretty cool being in the two-teens. No so much that I want to stay here for long, but being in this decade isn't nearly so intimidating or scary as the 240's. I feel like my perception of myself is starting to change.

  • Down 2.9 pounds this week. Would it have killed the scale to go all the way to 3? I got on three times but it just wouldn't do it.

  • Looks like it is a 2lb loss since last Monday. Which gets to me 254.
    I was so hoping for a 3lb....I will work harder this week to bring 3lb loss or above back :-)
