I will continue with this and hope that others follow.
Exercise yes not a s much as usual but did 20 on the eliptical and did weight for 20. upper body, fwelt good to be back on the road to success eating i will not post todays food as that will be a shame as i had exercised so good. weight i will weigh in tomorow, but i may not post it as i have about 8-10 lbs of fluid from the salty foods, and carbs from this last few days. come on and join us on posting daily it does help water ................. well i will say it is more than 50 oz! :( very bad!!! |
