I really only got 1 bra that fits me right now, i have like 4 others that are smaller, the same with clothes, don't have much that fit me of that either. the bra i have that fits me is maidenform brand and is underwire, and not made of cotton or polyester or whatever they call it, can't wear those type bra's because i itch from them, so i stick to silky types.

I have used the medicated baby powders before. My DIL's Dr suggested using your hair dryer on cool after a shower to make sure you get as dry as possible. It does see, to help.

Boy, summer sure is an education, isn't it? Unlike you DD gals, I'm sure when I get to goal, I'll be able to go topless and pass for a boy. Ain't got that much now, but what I do have ... well, let's just say that gravity has not been my friend for a long, long time! Mine are, um, mobile. Time was (not long ago) when I laid on my back they'd gallop to my neck and try to throttle me. Like I said, not huge, but HEAVY. Dense, yeah that's it, dense. I dearly, dearly love sports bras. Not perzackly flattering, but really comfortable. And for those of us with narrow sloping shoulders, the straps NEVER fall down. Less rash, too. And they're often cotton knit, so they're cool and absorb the perspiration, keeping the area drier. And they're cheap. I just bought 4, at 2/$8 at K-Mart. Walmart has them too, same price. I saw them from 32 to 48, AA to DD (but DD weren't the super-cheap ones -- they were more like $10 each).

well, my rash is better today, dunno why, i've been cleaning like on/off for nearly 2 days, you'd think i'd sweat more under there, of course i haven't eaten much either for the past day or two, and i looked at the scale and it's 217.. i'm wondering how that happened cause a day or two ago i was 221lbs.

i have been going up and down the stairs for estimation of maybe 20 times within a day, dunno if that has anything to do with the weight loss but i'm not too worried about it cause i think it's water weight and it's not real weight i don't think.
