Okay....I'm gonna do it this time!

Food: Southbeach menu and 1700 calories daily.
Water: 64 ounces a day
Exercise: 60 minutes of cardio per day

3 miles 3x a week(9miles total) and one day 1,000 cal burn.

Hey everyone! Can't wait for this challenge - My birthday is the 31st so what a great start to a lifetime of health this month!

I'm starting a bit later than the rest of you, but all the more motivation to have perfect days! Hope you don't mind me joining in.

Exercise goals:
45 minutes of daily cardio
15 minutes of daily weights, pilates or yoga

Water goals:
64 ounces daily

Food goals:
No fast food
Under 1400 calories daily

I know that this month is almost over but if it is okay I am going to start now to give me something to give me accountability. I can start the new month of Sept with everyone else! Thanks :D Well for right now everything that I am going to do in going to be with the metric system since I am in Korea right now. I am going to start my progress with the 25th which is Friday because of the time difference with me being in Korea. It is Thursday night for me right now. HAPPY LOSING LOSERS!!!!!!

So food wise I want to not eat so much fat and stick with mostly chicken this month and water wise is about 2 liters of water. My goal for this month is to walk for a min of ten mins and progess from there.
