I know that this month is almost over but if it is okay I am going to start now to give me something to give me accountability. I can start the new month of Sept with everyone else! Thanks :D Well for right now everything that I am going to do in going to be with the metric system since I am in Korea right now. I am going to start my progress with the 25th which is Friday because of the time difference with me being in Korea. It is Thursday night for me right now. HAPPY LOSING LOSERS!!!!!!
So food wise I want to not eat so much fat and stick with mostly chicken this month and water wise is about 2 liters of water. My goal for this month is to walk for a min of ten mins and progess from there. 24- 25- 26- 27- 28- 29- 30- 31- |
