Trying to get back on track!
Did good for about 2 weeks, and then just lost it! I'm not even going to go into detail about what I ate, and did wrong. Just recommiting myself! All ready exercised today, and on my way with water. Thanks for letting me have witnesses to my recommitment! :)

You jump right back. That's what it's all about. There ARE going to be times when we veer off track - time and time again (and time again). The absolutel key is jumping right back on that wagon. No looking back - full steam AHEAD. You can do this. You absolutely CAN. :hug:

All of us have fallen before..but getting back on is the best thing and the most important move. It's so easy to just let it go, but it takes hard work and courage to stop the old habits. :)
