Every Monday after my official weigh in. I weigh periodically throughout the week just to see how I'm doing, but I don't change the ticker until Monday.

Okay so I do mine differently than everyone else. I weigh every day, and it flucuates a lot. So I move my ticker when I see the same new low weight for two days in a row. So for example this week my weights have been 174, 174, 175, 174, 173, 174. So my ticker is at 174, but I won't change it to 173 until I see that weight two days in a row. Kind of strange, I know, but it works for me! Keeps me coming back! I love changing my ticker!!

Am I the only one who thrives on instant gratification? :D I change it when my weight changes and I weigh daily. I do post the total net change for the week on the weekly weigh-in thread each Monday.

I was weighing everyday and changing the ticker every time my weight went down. I've decided that being on the scales daily hasn't been helpful for me, so I am doing the weigh in thread on Fridays in the support forum and putting the scales away for the rest of the week. I will be changing my ticker on Fridays as well.

Im starting to think that I need to weigh only on weigh in day as well.

For the time being, I am weighing everyday. (More than once a day sometimes...I love playing with the scale. I gained .4 pounds just by having my hair still wet from the shower. I'm a dork, I do different things purposely to see how they affect it.) I have changed my ticker a couple of times. I'm just so excited to see loss!! I avoid the weigh-in threads. For me, they are too much pressure, too much "why didnt I lose as much", too much "whats she doing differently." I keep a journal and in it I list my foods, calories, fat grams, exercise, and weight. Somedays I actually journal, others its just the basics. I'm sure once my loss slows down, I won't be so excited that I change the ticker every few days, but for now, it's fun and motivation for me.

Just once per week. I weigh more often, but only record on my official WI day.
