Tonight I had baked Codfish with olive oil and lemon pepper. I used the little bit of olive oil and lemon pepper to coat some garden fresh zucchinni and summer squash, then sauteed. I was actually surprised at how good it was.

There was a spaghetti dinner at church tonight. I planned for it, so my calorie count wasn't destroyed. We had spaghetti, a salad, a breadstick and a piece of cake. (My first real cake in a couple of months!)

I will be making flounder( fillets) , baked with some spices and lemon on it, and I will eat this with some salad and two corn tortillas.
