Tonight's dinner:

Fresh salmon, baked with garlic, lemon and spices. Served with a really big salad - romaine lettuce, baby spinach, red onion, red and green peppers, grape tomatoes and cucumbers.

I had a nice soild white fish I'm going to rub down with some lime juice and old-bay. Old-Bay is a seafood seasoning we use here in Maryland. Most never heard of it but we put it on everything from pop corn to pizza to french fries to every type of seafood you can think of other then lobster. Good on corn on cob too.

Throw it on the grill and grill some more veggies the zucchini turned out great. Hit them with some pam then a lil season all. Great stuff.

I found a thing for a cold melon soup I want to try as well.

Lunch and Dinner will be same, I will be having dinner in about 2 hours here at work.
Cup of spinach with 1/2 of large cucumber. (times two: lunch + dinner)
Salmon 8oz for dinner and 8oz for lunch cooked. For all 16oz used 1 teaspoon of light mayo, lemon juice, some salt/pepper and dill on top, microwaved for 9 minutes on 70% power.
And a full cup of blueberries, 1/2 during each meal

Breakfast had: 2 large boiled eggs, 1 slise of whole wheat bread with some SmartBalance and a cup of sweet tea.

Yes, and after I visit FitDay and logged all of this (counting max calories, I ended up at 1500 calories)

I made my Sweetie's favorite blue cheese omelet for dinner. It is stuffed with reduced fat blue cheese, turkey bacon, and sauteed Granny Smith apple. Sooooo good!

Tonight's dinner:

Grilled taco flavored chicken breast with roasted veggies - onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and zucchini. The kids will be eating it in a flat wrap.

This is a yummy, yummy easy meal that the whole family loves.

Had a grilled tenderloin and some cabbage & onions on the grill. YUM! And a tomato - they're ripe so I eat them three meals a day. They are my favorite food. Had one today for lunch on light toast with bacon (the pre-cooked kind) YUM!
