Driver's License Weight
I was just thinking about my Driver's License the other day and I took a peek at it and I put down 180 lbs at 262lbs. YAH RIGHT!!! I just had to laugh-what the heck was I thinking??? Can you imagine being stopped and the cop would look at you-"you weigh 180lbs?" I was curious if any of you have such a deviation in your license?

Mine says 200! Yours is pretty accurate now, though, eh?
|
I currently have a 30-pound deviation. I put 230, but I weigh 260. I just renewed recently, too! My DL has said 230 for about 10 years now, but it seems to me I always chisel off a few pounds.
This made me think. When I weighed 170 before, I think I put 145, or 150, because how mortifying to weigh 170! ha ha. I bet I'll proudly tell people my weight when I weigh 170 again! |
How funny. I couldnt think of what weight was on mine, i went to look and there is no place for weight on my TN DL. Weird. I bet it is because SO many people lie that is it just not a good tool. I know i would have lied on mine, had i put something. It would have been around the 200 mark. DH weighs 205, so i always have to "pretend" i am less than him. ha ha ha. Gee there is no obvious difference if you look at him being 205 then at me being 260...lets hear it for denial. ha ha

Mine is 30 pounds higher than I actually am.
|
Mine says 185. I was probably around 235 when I got it and certainly broke the speed limit getting to 292.
The funny thing was that the women helping me at the DMV must have weighed 900 pounds and I was still embarassed to put my real weight. I looked like Kate Moss next to her and still had to lie. Of course, mostly I think I didn't want my husband to see the real number. |
I put down 150 when I weighed 180 or so. During the time I've had this license, I've been as high as 200 and as low as 130. It was a big moment when I weighed LESS than my driver's license!

We don't have to go in and take a new picture anymore, you can just send in your money and renew it. So, mine is way off. I show 200. I wish!!!
|
My driver's license says 250. Its always said 250. When I first got a driver's license, I weighed around 330. Honestly, I don't care what it says anymore :) I don't really plan on changing it anytime soon.

Thanks for asking this question....It made me go and look at my license. It doesn't have the weight on it (luckily!), but when I saw my picture.....WOW! I look terrible! It is an old pic-- I have lost weight, then gained some back since the pic, so compared to the pic I look great right now! I still have a long way to go, but that's ok! I don't have many 'before' pics....my license and my work id are both terrible. Guess I need to look at them more often to see how far I have come already!

I just pulled out my Driver License to see if it had a weight on it. It doesn't but for some reason I remember when I got my Driver License that they asked weight and I said 230. That was when I was 18.
But the picture is from when I turned 21, so 2 years ago and wow do I look different. My face is so wide and my hair cut did nothing for it. Additional my neck is huge. My driver license expires in 2008, but I think I can just do a paper renewal and not a new picture. But now after looking at this I think when I hit my goal weight one of my rewards will be to go to the DMV and say I lost my license so I can get one with a new picture, to reflect the new me. |
That's hilarious! I didn't know that everyone did it--mine said 180 for years, just last time I changed it to 250, I'm at 285 now and it's time to renew. I think I'll just leave it as is. Maybe next time I can change it for the better!!

I haven't changed mine since the 1st time I got it at the age of 16 - I am now 28 and it still says 135. Everytime they ask if all the information is the same I just say yes....

I really dont know what mine says. lol.
