I am so proud of myself I have gone three days of no binging and eating low fat food. I visited one of the locan Chinese restaurants today...........BUT I ordered steamed rice and steamed vegetables with shrimp. I even had leftovers afterward because I stopped when I was full---a major first for me. I hope I can keep this up...........funny how you can do so well and then just bomb. Wish me luck!
I feel the same way. Congratulations on the restaurant eating, that's never easy. Before you know it, you will have gone a whole week, then two, then a month and so on.
Way to go chick! The first few days are ALWAYS the hardest.So many bad habits we have to break. And guess what...it's OK if you DO bomb one day..You just get back on track the next day.
