Default 2 steps forward, 1 step backward...

After two really good days, I managed to lose 3 pounds (water weight I'm guessing, but hey 3 pounds is 3 pounds, I'm happy anyway!)

But today was bad again.
I don't know why but I just feel like crap. My body is probably wondering why I'm eating healthy food all of a sudden, and giving it a workout for a change. Anyway, I had a bad day all around, I didn't eat much, but what I did it was not good. I didn't exercise, and I didn't get all my waters in... Now I'm depressed, and just hopeing that my 3 pounds of water doesn't return.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just feeling angry that I didn't do good today, after being so good for the last couple days...

Well tomorrow's a new day, and its back to giving it my all again!

Yes, you're going to have some bad days, but you've got the right attitude about getting back on track. My whole journey has been two steps forward and one back--eventually you'll get to where you're going.

Hang in there.

Is it possible you have a hidden food allergy and you didn't eat it in the past couple of days? I have tons of food allergies (wheat, corn, dairy, etc) and when I start my diet, I cut all of those out. By day 3 (today), I'm going through withdrawl from dairy so badly that I feel like I'm dying. My entire body hurts and is tired and weak. But if I get through it, then I feel so much better. It's possible you are just withdrawing from sugar and that's causing the bad feelings.

Give it another try and try to power through day 3! My plain cellophane noodles, cherries, and water for lunch aren't looking too great right now, but they'll do the trick on filling the tummy.

2 steps forward, 1 step back.......you are making progress! It's okay to have a flub-up day. You can get right back on track. Keep it going! 3 pounds is a big deal!
