OMG, I hope you didn't mean me - or really anyone for that matter. Please don't let poor responses to a thread that you may have started make you think that you're not liked, respected and cared about. Sometimes, for so many different reasons certain threads just get overlooked. It just happens some times. :hug:

I think I'm going to start using the word "naked" in every thread I start. I mean, come on, you'd at least LOOK, right??? hee hee hee

Pink - these women (and men) are seriously kind and funny. When you have a few minutes (and no one around to think you're crazy) go read the back posts of "I wanna stay fat because". You will laugh out loud. And maybe cry. They're so willing to share and to help you get where you want to be.

Isn't it amazing how much common ground we have just because of our size? And our determination to change our size?

All of us here have different views on things - different backgrounds, values, whatever the case may be - but we do get on really well. I certainly feel the same at times - I seem to be the official thread-killer sometimes - but the bottom line is we're here to encourage and support each other on the same journey. We're all trying to lose (or have lost) a considerable amount of weight and those of us on the journey know exactly how hard it is to do that...

I think I've figured it out, Nicole-- it's the time zone thing. I feel similar a lot of times, as I'm on the west coast of the US. The east coasters and midwesterners many times have come and gone by the time I get here. And then everyone is on to new topics the following day! With you being a world away (and with me being a total night owl) I notice that your posts often come when many other chickies are sleeping. But I still love reading yours! :D

Oh, absolutely true about the time zone thing. As I'm writing this, it's currently 5:45pm on Wednesday evening and I know that most of you are tucked up in bed if I've got the times right.

The advantage is that I can read through threads and think about my response and post it and know that the whole conversation won't have moved onto a new place...
