I found that the artificial sweetners set me offfar more than the regular sugar does. But the biggest problem I have are the Cheeto Puffs-those I almost always have to stay away from because I love them so much. It's gotten to the point to where I just don't have them anymore. The sodas I can handle alot easier. I've gotten conditioned to drinking one 1 liter bottle of water for every 12 ounce can of soda. As it is, my soda habit is getting almost nonexistant compared to what it used to be.
