I am Officially A Member of the 100 lb Club!
 

This morning's weigh in puts me at 101 pounds below my starting weight - yipee! I celebrated by going on a 13.1 mile run - preparing for a half marathon that's coming up in a few weeks.

Thanks to all of you at 3FC for helping me get to this place - I have gained so much information and inspiration from you all. Hope everyone is having a great on-plan weekend!
