Mini Trip
 

Just wanted to let you all know (so you don't think I fell off the earth!) We are leaving tomorrow for an ATv riding trip (meeting about 100 others in southern WV!) I'll be riding a lot Thurs. thru Sat. so I know I won't be slacking on the exercise while I am gone. AND with meeting so many of our friends there, I won't have time to eat - too much fun visiting in the evenings!:D I know the water conumption will be down some ~ but everything else will be right on track! See you all late Sunday or Monday morning. (I still haven't decided if I am weighing in tomorrow - weigh in day is usually Friday, and I won't be near a scale.)

:D You know, I have bought ?X shirts for my entire adult life. I ordered a 2X for this ride.....and it was HUGE. I have now swiped some of DH's XL shirts....and I cannot remember ever wearing that size! I got LOTS of compliments this trip. Made me beam!! I am not looking too great in this pic it was taken first thing in the morning and I look terrible.
