I am new to this website and am trying to lose weight. I would love to hear from anyone out there and get some support as this is so hard to do.

Thanks so much for all the lovely welcomes. I am really looking forward to posting here, and to finally losing the weight. I just moved to the US 2 yrs ago from Scotland, and I really love it here. Feel right at home, everyone is so friendly.
I'll be getting to know my way around the site. So keep on posting to me this is really great!!!!!

I have 145lbs to loose, seems like along way away. I have been reading lots of people's stories here and feel very glad I fouond this site, as everyone is on the same journey. So I will join in too, and be successful, or keep trying!!!

I have lost 15 pounds so far and I am really happy about this. I have fallen off the wah=gon this week but will restart again, and just keep on plugging.
