For me, I usually have a great weight loss week followed by two low very very low loss weeks. This can be extremely frustrating. I do have a nifty graft that my hubby made for me...I just plug in my numbers each Monday. It is very reassuring to see the line going in a downward direction. Also, the measuring tape is my friend. On days when I'm fat, I measure. This is additional confirmation that I have made progress.

I experienced a no loss month. It was upsetting at first. Then I came here and got some great advice like always. I changed up my calories and exercise plan. The next week I lost 4 lbs and the next I lost 3 lbs. It will happen. You will be fine. Just come here and chat.
