as soon as i wake up, every other day, however only edit my weight bar once a week :)

I weigh in every morning and every night, but I don't count any of them except for my Monday weigh-in. Weighing in every night, I've learned that I generally "lose" 2lbs overnight. Weighing in every morning, I see my bodies natural fluctuations, and learn patterns. I think it's a really interesting way to learn about yourself and your body, but sometimes it's hard not to take the scale too seriously.

i weigh myself every single day. If i don't then I get off track i need to look at that scale and remind myself that I AM FAT.

i weigh constantly - even before and after i pee! it keeps my goal on the forefront on my mind. but you have to remember that your weight fluctuates. i went to bed last night at 209.2, i woke up at 206.6 -- never can tell!

I weigh in every morning after my shower and though I change my ticker here when I have a loss (which should be any day now!) I only actually record it in my records when Curves does it, because they do my measurements too. I think that gives me a much better idea of the whole picture!
