I'm down 2lb this week to 192.0 even. Looking forward to the new decade. My home scale is teasing me with the 180s, but my official scale at my COD (center of doom) has me still in the 190s.
Good job everyone on the losses. I had a gain. One pound. I wasn't going to report it, but I felt some inspiration from Sandi (thanks again for the other post regarding your declaration!), and there it is.
Wow! there are some amazing loses this week! Great job. I am down 1.5 lbs this week. I have been a little slow at the losing for about 3 weeks now since I hurt my knee and can't exercise like I want to! It's getting anoying! But I am still pluggin away. Jelly
I weighed myself this morning... from the day I joined..I am up 10 pounds!! that makes me 270 ish...
today I watched what I ate.. but I am still not home.. which is my weakest time ... I am going to do a water aerobics class this evening after work... which usually makes me more hungry !!

I had a salad for lunch with chicken, corn, cucumber and pickled mushroom.. it did me good till now (I ate at 1pm.. now its nearly 5).. and I know I can hold off till after my class..which means I won't be home till like 9ish to have dinner.. BAD time to be eating...
I want to go DOWN this week..

I'm excited to report the following: I weighed in yesterday because I was anxious to see what I had accomplished this week for some reason. I reported a 2-lb weight loss. However, TUESDAYS are my normal weigh-in days, so I went ahead and weighed again today. It shows that I'm down 2.5 lbs for this week instead of the 2 (and I kind of expected that, which is another reason I wanted to weigh again today). So.......I have definitely updated my ticker!! I was SO happy!! LOL!!

Thanks, Robin!! I really am fine with the 1-pound-loss weeks, but sometimes it is so motivating and invigorating to have a 2- and 3-pound-loss week here and there! Thanks for all the encouragement!
