Ok everyone here is on a Oatmeal kick, I make quick oats, while the water is boiling i Add Frozen peaches and some Honey, make it thick and throw some uncooked oats in there, Itssooooo good tastes like peach cobbler........

That is a fantastic idea! Sounds deeeelicious, and it's exciting to think about very low sugar peach cobbler without a pound of butter in the crust! Woohoo.

Thanks for sharing this, CyberGypsy! This does sound good. Can't wait to try it! It probably would work with all kinds of frozen fruit (like blackberries and blueberries.....yuuummmmm!).
