Just saying 'Hi'
 

Hi 3FC Friends,

I've been MIA from 3FC since last week. Hubby and I began getting our house ready for sale and its been one project after another since Friday. Whew! I'm sore from head to toe! I really can't wait until we get everything finished. I just wanted to take a few minutes to pop in and say 'Hi' and I miss you guys. I cant wait to read all of the threads I've missed and catch up on everyone's journey. Hopefully, we'll be finished by Friday and my life can get back to some form of normal. :)

We've been eating on the go, so I havent really been on plan. But, I'm trying to be careful to not eat sugar and only eat when I'm hungry. And, I'm definitely getting some exercise. The scales showed 1 1/2 pound gain yesterday. Not what I wanted to see, but could have been much much worse considering the stress and my usual coping mechanism of eating to relieve it. Now, I just pick up a tool and get busy. :)

Glad you wrote. I noticed that you have been gone. Boy is it fun to get a house ready to sell.... not!! Hang in there, though.
I'm guessing that it all worked out, then, with your hubby's work situation? Hope so!

Hi Rhonda. I hope your big move goes easy for you. It's definitely a challenging time in ones life. But it will surely be worth it in the long run. Hmmm, sound familiar, like something else we're all dealing with?
