Although I have been a miss piggy all week, i guess the walking the past couple of nights must've counted for something because I managed to lose 1 pound. I had really hoped to just maintain and not keep gaining
so that's one more pound gone toward my goal.

Week 1 is in the history books for me and it's on to week 2. My goal is to stay on program through the end of the year. I had a good week and I want to put together back to back good weeks.
No change for me this week. Am in need of a major kick-start, as the loss has slowed right down. Also struggling now winter is here and am feeling as though I want to eat more.
