I've lost 3 pounds!
 

Went to a Weight Watchers meeting tonight and lost 3 pounds! I'm so proud of myself since we went on vacation to Great Smoky Mountains and there was a Krispy Kreme always in sight! My husband was a trooper and was really encouraging to me, especially when I secretly hoped he would drive through the drive-thru!

We did a lot of hiking and family time. My boys thought this vacation was even better than the year we took them to Walt Disney World!

Also, we are moving to England this summer. I'm so excited and so that has given me more purpose to lose the weight. I just want to be comfortable sitting in the plane! :carrot:
