I started off weighing myself at every chance (this was at the gym). I have since relaxed a bit and am trying for once a week. Weighing myself daily made it hard for me to figure out what my weekly loss was, when I lost, etc. So in the end it felt like I was losing weight every time I weighed myself, which was every few days. And as great as that sounds, it felt strange. So now it's once a week - I feel like it's more reliable that way in a sense. Even though it may not actually be, I'm not sure. It's really a personal decision, although I understand where you may be coming from - I asked the very same question a few months ago
