- When I plan so that I have the ingredients to cook, know what I'm going to cook that evening, so mind doesn't wander onto all the other things I could be having or take outs!
- When I write everything down that I've eaten - it keeps me in check and gets me back on track quickly if I've had a bad one
- When I exercise - it's like I set myself up for the day with it, I feel great that I don't want to ruin it by putting junk into my body. It makes it very easy to choose to eat well.
