I work in a conference centre and one of the meetings today has had loads and loads of pizza hut food delivered and the smell is everywhere and boy does it smell good.

So Im sat here with my diet coke and fruit salad determined not to break my diet if someone comes and offers me some.

But boy does it smell good . . . .

I hear ya! I go through this everyday. My DH and DD are skinnys and they eat whatever they please. The worst one for me is when they make the microwave popcorn. That small goes throgh the whole house. Thank goodness choclate doesnt do that.

Ok, pizza huts are everywhere. It's nothing special. If they did offer you some, it'll be cold and yucky. Think to yourself that you can have pizza any time you want (because you can). Today you choose not to have any because if and when you really wanted some, it would be no big deal to get some.

Today you choose to not have any!
