Happy February everybody!!! We started this thread on January 11th. We filled up 20 pages worth, so I thought we'd make it a monthly. I for one find it to be one of my very favorite threads. As I read the daily reasons day after day, I often find myself nodding in agreement to many of the things are posted.
This thread is about starting our day off with ONE reason for sticking to our new lifestyle. It could be health related, vanity related or anything else that comes to mind. I think we all have days that we need to be reminded of just why we're making the sacrifices that we are and we say to ourselves, "Ummm, why am I doing this again?." Or perhaps just to reinforce our new lifestyles. It is meant to provide us all with a little extra motivation. Of course there are hundreds of reasons that we're sticking to our plans, but what's the ONE thing that's gonna do if for you today?
