    Monday:
    10 minute walk (very busy)

    L: salami and swiss on wheat, 32 oz water
    32 oz water
    D:wings, meatball, sausage, macaroni salad (party food) small sliver of ice cream cake, WATER
  • Tuesday: 20 minute walk, situps

    B: 2 eggs with bacon, 32 oz water
    32 oz water
    L: grilled cheese on wheat, 32 oz water
    32 oz water, sugar free hot chocolate
    2 granola bars, 2 mini chocolates (ARGH)
    D: Sausage and peppers on roll, piece of bday cake, raspberry roll (ARGH), water
  • Wednesday:
    2.5 mile walk (WOOHOO)

    B: 2 eggs, bacon, 32 oz water, coffee
    32 oz water
    L: turkey & swiss on wheat, 32 oz water
    32 oz water, s&f hot chocolate
    D: Small bowl of Smart Start cereal, pb&j and 1 oatmeal cookie (dinner on the run)

  • Thursday:

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs, 32 oz water
    32 oz water
    L: tuna salad, 32 oz water
    32 oz water, granola bar
    D: chicken, beans and potatoes, water
    2 beers
  • Friday:
    coffee
    B: omelete, 32 ooz water
    32 oz water
    L: ? , 32 oz water
    32 oz water, coffee
    D: wings (party) water
