Talking

I have a few....

I think my favorite one is "Sexy Back" by Justin Timberlake. I'm not even a HUGE fan of his, don't own his album, don't keep up with him at all. But, we have this song on our Ipod... I find when it comes on, I just push 10 times more... with a big smile on my face. Most of the time I end up listening to it a few times in a row. And, when I'm not working out - just at home - if I put that song on, it makes me want to get up and move. Maybe it's my theme song "....I'm bringing sexy back...."

Other than that, we have some remixes of Christina Aguilera that are really good.... and one more I love is the remix of "Kung Foo Fighting".

Blacked Eyed Peas - Pump It
Blink 182 - All the Small Things
Venga Boys - Boom Boom Boom
Gap Band - You Dropped a Bomb On Me
Taylor Dayne - Tell It to My Heart
Gina G - Ooh Aah Just a Little Bit
Ramones - Hey Ho Lets Go
Aerosmith - Dude Looks Like a Lady
Aretha - R-E-S-P-E-C-T
LaBouche - Mr. Vain; Sweat Dreams; Wanna Be Your Lover
NSYNC - Dirty Pop
and...I only have the names of these...Whoomp There It Is: Tootsie Roll

Queen all the way!!!!!!!! This is the music I love to walk to, the tempo of most of the songs just gets me pumping!!!! I love Don't Stop Me Now, and Bohemian Rhapsody, and Another One Bites the Dust, all these songs are "power music" to my ears!!! I also like to walk to disco music, KC and the Sunshine Band have some great tunes, as do the Village People. Yeah, yeah, I am a child of the 70's, I also like most of the big hair band music from the 80's.

Right now the song that really gets me going when I'm working out is "Fergalicious" by Fergie! I like that song a lot but when I'm walking and I hear it, I almost feel like I can run a mile lol....even though I'm not close to doing that but hey!! At least it gets me going!
