I just had a "little golden nugget moment" (LGNM). I walked into the room where my 13-year-old son was, and then I walked right back out. A few minutes later when I re-entered the same room, he said, "Mom...when you walked in here a few minutes ago and I looked at you, I thought you were looking skinny-er." THAT, my friend, was a nugget...and now I'm on my way to find more. These nuggets are just little 'somethings' to make you smile and keep on keeping on! These are things that give the journey a little sparkle as well as encouragement to press on!!

Anyone else care to share little nuggets you have found or are finding? It may feel like something small, but I thought this would be interesting to see what LITTLE things keep us going...not just the scales moving.

No need to oops, whatsoever. There are A LOT of threads here. It takes a little bit of time getting used to. I have no doubt you'll figure it all out very, very shortly.

And as for your nugget - Fantastic!!! Those are EXACTLY the things that keep us going!!!! From your 13 year old SON, no less.
