  • I lost 1.2 this week. How did everyone else do?

    Melissa
  • I am happy to report, no make that ecstatic to report that last week after upping my water intake, upping my exercise and decreasing my calories just a bit, I was rewarded with a 6 1/2 lb loss for the week!!! I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout, but I'm really, really happy about it. Chances are I will never, ever see a number like that again . but I'm gonna keep on trying, you never know, stranger things have been known to happen.
  • I love week 1 losses 8 pounds for me! From here on out I'll be THRILLED with an average of 2 pounds per week.
  • I dont know how much I lost total cause I know I gained weight at xmas. But I weighed in yesterday at 177.4 and a week ago I was 180. So 3lbs loss that I know of.
  • The scales are down 2.2 lbs this week.
I've had the flu and I know this is probably water weight, but, hey....I'll still take it!
  • Down 2.6 for the week!
  • Congrats...Great job on your weightloss!!
  • I'm just starting this week. Weighed in at 299.5 yesterday! That has sure motivated me!!!
  • Congrats on the new baby!!!!! Your goal is the same as mine!!!! I havent seen 160 since...Junior high? LOL
  • Congrats everyone!
  • Congratulations everyone!

I have been weighing myself every day and I'm starting to get a little obsessed. So I will try once a week. Today was 232.0, I will weigh again next tuesday.

    P.s. Raelynn, Beautiful baby! Congrats!
  • Wow, great job, everybody!!

I just maintained this week. I had several days over the Christmas break when I ate a bit too much, but I really kept up with my workouts even though I was out of town. I even ran 2.4 miles without stopping, which I was pretty proud of! I think I'll see a big loss next week -- I certainly hope so. I've been kind of stuck during the holidays at 218.
  • Great job everyone!

Rockinrobin - you shout out all you want to! And I think you'll see another loss like that again, but no matter what you're doing outstanding!

108tolose - Wonderful job on the weight loss!! I love those week one losses also! It almost makes me want to fall off the weight watching wagon so that I can start over again (NOT!!! LOL). How did your husband do this week?

Leygh - What a great weight loss! Good job on getting back on track after the holidays!!

Rhonda - I'm sorry to hear that you've had the flu! But take the weight loss any way you can! And you just might be surprised to find out that it isn't just water weight!!

CC - good job! And you're already down 45 on your exercise minutes which means you are ahead of the game to reach your January goal!!

Raelynn - Welcome back to the weekly weight loss thread! And I've already said it on the other post, but it deserves another plug...Erik is a beautiful baby!

Lisa - WOW! The only time I ever ran 2 miles (much less 2.4) was when I was in high school and the only reason I did it then was because it was manditory! What an outstanding accomplishment!! And I'm sure you'll see a big loss next week!
  • I did sneak onto the scale last week and I weighed 272. Yuck, that puts me at a 29 lb gain for last year. Oh well this year will be much better. So here we go again! You know that's how life is, you have your ups and downs. As long as the downs outweigh the ups then we are ok. So I have 47 lbs to get to my goal of 225. I think that is doable by my 40th birthday in June. That is 22 weeks to lose 47 lbs.`That is 2.13 lbs per week. I think I can do that. I really do want to be at my goal by my 40th birthday. I know it's just a number but it's important to me to be at goal by 40. I've always been numbers oriented.
  • Congrats to all!! Go us!!!!

Okay because I’m new, I’ve gained weight over the Holidays and Wednesday is the day of the week I mark my weight…. I’m going to start with just posting my weight this week and then start counting next week…^_^.

Weighed in at 216.2 this morning.
