I'm new (again), so I will post my starting weight for this week. It's funny, I won't tell it to anyone I know, but I"ll post it on a forum.

I am starting at 279. That was my motivation!

I started last Sunday at 239 (oh dear! I am only 5'1") So I will weigh again this Sunday. Your posted losses are amazing! Keep up the awesome work!

I'm new. I weighed in this morning at 254, which is a gain of 6 pounds over the holidays. I plan on weighing in every Wed (or Thurs if I forget!)

When he weighed in "officially" on Tuesday, he'd neither lost nor gained. Wednesday morning - 3 pound loss (doesn't it always figure?). He's back to going to the gym 2x a day when he's off of work, so he'll lose more quickly. Thanks for asking!

Congratulations! That's awesome! I know what an issue you and I both have with those doggone scales I didnt do so good with staying off the scales....I made an impulse decision to get on them about 30 mins ago....nope, they've not gone down 1 single pound...yep, I'm fighting extreme disappointment and discouragement right now...even though I know I've only strictly followed Southbeach for two days now. I wish I had waited until Monday....arghh!

This is my first official weigh-in. I'm at 235. in Feb. the night I went into the hospital to have my daughter, I was at 262, that was my highest weight ever. I only gained 6 pounds when I was pregnant with her. I now weight what I weighed when I got pregnant with son (which was almost 3 years ago).
Here's hoping for a wonderful, weight-losing journey.....

Well at Christmas, I was 265, and today I am at 259....so my first week I lost 6 lbs!!
Hopefully this trend continues!!!

Girly - You can do it ~ just ignore that thing till Monday now!! It is getting easier to not obsess about it - almost like a game to me now. I go in the bathroom and I tell myself, one more time, you just ignore that scale one more time.
