Back again.....
Hey guys.....I'm back again! I've really missed you all, and have lurked around some w/o logging in. Just to re-cap my weight rollercoaster...
Joined in 2004 at 250 lbs.
Lost 70 pounds.
Got lazy. Gained 70 lbs.
I've lost 12 lbs in the past 3 or 4 weeks, with a goal of 68 more.
I've just been cutting back on certain things, not counting cals so far...but I will soon. Trying to drink alot of H2O, lots of fresh vegees....that sort of thing. No exercise to speak of so far....but that,too, will begin soon.
Really, guys, I missed "talking" to you....3Fc really helped me before, and I know you will this time too.
